Who provides the service

ResonateQ is a product brand operated by ASTRONEX INTELLIGENCE LLC. These terms describe the membership offered on this site. You can contact the company at admin@astronextech.com.

Your membership

ResonateQ membership includes ad-free listening, all Retreat and meditation rooms, our original music library, and Visual Lab. Skyline Piano, Snow Cabin guitar, Underwater Room, and all meditation rooms are marked with a lock and require a paid membership.

You can browse room cards without signing in. A verified account is required to enter any room or use its music and interactive features. Dream, Ocean Room, Ocean Dreams, Rosé Coast, and Cyberpunk are available without a paid membership or time limit. Basic playback of your own music, camera, photo projection, and manual lyrics are free within free rooms. Our original music library and supported save or download actions require a paid membership. AI lyrics generation is not currently available on the public site; AI creation credits are not included in this membership.

Membership does not include Motion Studio, AI creation credits, an Apple Music subscription, courses, pets, or cloud export. These are not benefits promised by this membership.

Use a verified email address for your account and keep your password private. Membership access is linked to the account used at checkout. After payment is confirmed, return to your account to check the membership status.

Prices and automatic renewal

Choose either US$8.88 billed monthly or US$70.56 billed yearly. The yearly plan is one annual payment, equivalent to US$5.88 per month. You select the billing interval before checkout; there is no free trial.

The selected subscription automatically renews each month or year until canceled. Applicable tax is additional and is shown at Stripe Checkout before payment. Review the selected plan, billing interval, and total before completing checkout.

You can stop future renewal through Account → Manage billing. Complete cancellation before the next renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period when renewal is canceled. See cancellation instructions and refund requests.

Your content and responsible use

Use music, photos, video, lyrics, and other content only when you own it or have the rights and permissions needed for your use. Selecting a file does not give you ownership of someone else's work, and membership does not grant music distribution or third-party content licenses.

You retain your rights in content you bring to ResonateQ. Use the service without accessing another person's account, interfering with its operation, or bypassing payment or access controls.

Experience and availability

ResonateQ provides music and visual experiences for enjoyment and relaxation. It is not healthcare, therapy, or a medical device, and does not promise clinical outcomes.

Visual effects and media playback depend on your device, browser, and connection. If a paid feature is unavailable or your membership is not recognized, contact support with the issue and your receipt reference.

Privacy and customer rights

The privacy notice explains account, billing, and browser data handling. Nothing on these pages limits consumer rights that apply under law. Questions about a charge or this service can be sent through Contact & support.
