Privacy notice

Scope and operator

This notice describes the public ResonateQ membership launch, operated by ASTRONEX INTELLIGENCE LLC. For questions or a privacy request, email admin@astronextech.com.

Account and membership information

Registration and sign-in process your email address and password through our server and Supabase authentication. Supabase maintains the account identifier, email verification status, and authentication records. If you add a display name, it is stored with your account.

We use the account identifier, membership status, billing customer and subscription references, and payment-event records to connect your purchase to your account, manage access, and resolve billing issues. These membership records are stored in Supabase.

Payments

Stripe Checkout collects the payment and billing information needed to complete your purchase and calculate applicable tax. Stripe also provides the billing portal for subscription management. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout, rather than in a ResonateQ card form. We receive transaction and subscription information needed to administer membership.

Files, camera, and browser storage

The launch's music playback, photo displays, and visual effects process the files you select in your browser. Camera features ask for browser permission and use video frames locally for the selected effect or portrait. These camera features request video, not microphone audio. You can stop the camera in the experience or revoke permission in your browser.

Browser storage can retain local feature data, such as saved guitar performances. Temporary photos and selected media can be lost when the page closes; keep your own copies of anything you want to save. Clearing site data removes browser-held settings and saved data and may sign you out.

Server-side AI transcription and cloud export are not available as part of this public membership launch. Motion Studio and AI creation credits are not included.

Cookies and technical information

Cookies keep you signed in, support email verification and password recovery, record short request cooldowns, and maintain membership access. Disabling these cookies can prevent account and membership features from working.

Vercel hosts this site and receives network information needed to serve requests, including IP addresses and request metadata. Authentication, hosting, and payment systems may maintain operational and security logs. The application also uses a hashed client-address value for a temporary sign-in rate limit.

Service providers and contact messages

Supabase supports authentication and database storage, Stripe supports payments and billing, and Vercel supports site hosting. Information needed for those functions is processed by the respective provider. Their own service and privacy materials describe their additional processing: Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel.

Supabase uses Resend to deliver verification, password-reset, and other account emails. Resend processes your email address, the message content, and the delivery metadata needed to deliver those emails.

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond and investigate your request. Do not include passwords, verification links, full card numbers, or security codes.

Retention and your choices

Closing the browser, signing out, or canceling renewal does not delete your account or billing records. Account and membership records remain in the connected systems; payment providers retain their own transaction records.

You can change your display name and password through your account and cancel future renewal through Manage billing. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, contact admin@astronextech.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Legal, accounting, dispute, or security requirements may affect which records can be deleted.

This page's update date identifies the notice version. If the launch's data handling changes, this notice will be updated to describe it.
