Cancel your membership

Stop automatic renewal

1. Sign in to the ResonateQ account used for your membership.
2. Open Account and select Manage billing.
3. In Stripe's billing portal, select your subscription and complete its cancellation steps.
4. Check the portal's confirmation and scheduled end date. Return to Account and refresh the membership status if needed.

What cancellation changes

Your membership renews at the monthly or yearly interval you selected until you cancel. Complete cancellation before the next renewal to prevent that renewal charge. Canceling renewal keeps access through the end of the paid period.

Signing out, closing the browser, or removing saved browser data does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund or delete your account.

If Manage billing is unavailable or you cannot access the account, contact admin@astronextech.com with the account email and receipt reference. Do not send passwords or card details. For a charge you would like reviewed, see refund requests.
