What to include

Describe what happened, the page or feature involved, and your browser/device if relevant. For a membership charge, include the receipt or invoice reference and charge date. Contact us from your account email where possible.

Do not send passwords, verification or password-reset links, full card numbers, or security codes. Remove unnecessary personal and payment details from screenshots.

Manage a subscription

You can stop renewal directly from Account → Manage billing. Read the cancellation steps or request a charge review.

Privacy requests

Use the same contact address to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. See our privacy notice for the data used to run ResonateQ.
